Members open the Repstra app and show a rotating QR code. Any tablet at the desk scans it and greets them by name, with their photo and visit streak. No turnstile contract, no fob printer, no proprietary scanner. Front desk can also check anyone in manually with one tap.

A member who stops scanning in gets flagged even while they keep logging meals in the app. Seven days without a visit raises their churn score.
